Our 3-Day Return & Refund Guarantee
We offer a 3-day return and refund policy on select items purchased from our e-commerce website. This means you have 3 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Return & Refund
Eligible Items
A return and refund is only applicable to select items specifically marked as eligible on their respective product pages. These items must meet the following criteria to be accepted for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be unused and in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any) that came with the product must be included.

The product must have the original seals and/or tags intact (where applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of some products, the following are generally not eligible for return or refund:

Batteries (of any kind) once the packaging is opened or the seal is broken.

Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless defective).

Products with missing, altered, or unreadable serial numbers or UPCs.

Items that have been physically damaged or altered by the customer.
Please check the product description page before purchasing to confirm if an item is eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: To start a return, you must contact our Customer Support team within the 3-day window.

Provide Information: Please provide your Order Number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.
Shipping the Return

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The returned item must be received by us within 10 calendar days of the date the RMA was issued.
Inspections and Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria listed above.

Notification: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request within a reasonable timeframe after the inspection is complete.

Approved Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within [Insert specific timeframe, e.g., 7-10 business days]. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund as well.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or model, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
